I’m in WNC, there is a BGS located in Piegon Forge, TN. I want to order/purchase a Tiffany G42 for my wife for Christmas. I’m assuming they wouldn’t have that in stock. How would I go about ordering a handgun from them and going to pick it up at that store? Does it matter in the ordering process that I have CCW?

You can pickup a handgun only in your registered state. Since shipping is free to any US location, just pick the one Buds has listed that is nearest you in WNC. Your NC CCW will allow immediate pickup with no background check (as you have already been cleared in NC). I hope your wife enjoys the G42 and gets her CCW if she does not have it already).

Hi Jarred, There's no special deals for having CCW. You can call Buds direct to special order and pick up arrangements. 859-368-0371

Jarred as a NC resident you can not pick up a handgun anywhere but in NC ( it is against Federal law) you can buy a long gun across state lines but not handguns you will need to have the gun shipped to a FFL in NC (free shipping)your ccw does not matter in the ordering process but it will make pickup easier in NC (no background check required with NC CHL)
