Christopher, J131TT18NLE being for law enforcement is the only difference. They both are identical. They both have a 18.5 inch barrel, 3 inch chamber, ghost ring rear sight and interchangeable front sight, both have same stock/forend, and both have a Interchangeable OptimaBore HP Improved Cylinder.
