silencer.
3. A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and that
permits the shooter to fire the firearm without being burned, except a slide that
encloses the barrel.
4. A second hand grip.
5. A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that has the ability to accept more tha
ten rounds.
6. Manufactured weight of 50oz or more.
7. Magazine capacity exceeding 10 rounds.
Number seven excludes the new S&W M&P 22 Magnum series pistols. As of this time, there is no state compliant version.
