Kay, from what I'm reading Smith and Wesson doesn't sell the pistol grip and foregrip separately. Read of a few people complaining that they don't sell them separately for some reason. You could try contacting S&W at the 1-800-331-0852

If you want those grip specifically that's your best option. The M&P12 takes AR-15 style pistol grips so any AR-15 pistol grip will work. I personally don't own the M&P12 but I put the hogue AR grip on all my AR's. I've tried quite a few and none even come close to being as comfortable. As for the foregrip not alot of information on removing/replacing it but appears it's held in place using mlok. So any mlok foregrip would work. It has a much nicer feel than the stock grip that comes with the gun.
As for the vertical grip, the M&P12 does not have a picatinny rail on the forend. It appears you are stuck with the foregrip that comes with the gun.
