  • First contact Buds to initiate a package tracing and insurance claim if you purchased insurance. A replacement order can be prepared by Buds. Contact the shipper to see where the driver left the package. If they say your address and it's not there, then proceed as "stolen". LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

  • Hi Tina, I wouldn't blame Buds for this one. I get packages from Fed ex 1 day late almost every week when it says it has delivered. The drivers just don't want to go out of their way for the customers so they scan it and just deliver the next day leaving the package in their truck.

  • Tina Please Check with the Shipping company UPS, FEDEX, or USPS and see where they delivered it. package theft is a big problem this time of the year
