How do I get my gift card number code. I had it and then disappeared?

click on (order status/account) then scroll down to "view my gift card' click and your code should be visible. if still having problems call customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday) or use the blue Chat Now button

Its listed on your account page, just click view my gift cards and they will appear.

Chris, you should be able to click on (order status/account) then scroll down to "view my gift card' click and your code should be visible. If not click the 'Chat Now" button bottom right for assistance by Buds customer Service.
