  • Hi Joel and welcome. Firearms would need to be serviced/repaired/replaced by the manufacturer. For other products, you would need to contact Buds Customer Service for instructions on returning the item. 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Fri.   • Joel, if it is a gun, once you take possession of it, it can not be returned. You have to go to the manufacturer for warranty work. This is not just Bud's, that's the way it works with firearms, that is why it is so important to inspect your gun before taking possession.

    If you are talking about an accessory, returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found difective immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 calendar days of receipt.
