  • Hi Nick,
    No any uppers, barrels, handguards, triggers, muzzle breaks can be sent to your front door. Any item with a serial number ex. (Lower for an ak/ar, pistol, complete rifle or shotgun). Anything else is considered an accessory and you can have them shipped direct to you. Buds also has a list of FFL'S. If they do not have your specific FFL you may have them fax a copy of their FFL to 1-800-804-5569 or they may use this link.

  • Hi Nick, No FFL is needed only for the lowers of firearms. This is where the serial number is.

  • No, only a Lower (which is serial numbered) requires an FFL. An upper is considered an accessory.
