  • Does anyone have information on the melting point of a GSG 1911 .22 ?

  • (725 degrees to be exact). This firearm will not pass "State" Melting point laws due to it having a frame that is constructed of Zamak-5 zinc alloy which would melt at less than 800 degrees.
