Hi Bruce, yes this is optics ready. The Mete MC9 comes optics ready with 100% co-witness capability. Each Mete MC9 comes in a hard case and includes the two magazines, an inside the waistband holster, 3 sized backstraps, tool kit and punch, speed loader, pinky rest, and cleaning kit.
