Hi Gary, the failure was occurring when changing the barrels (to change calibers) If the barrel was not properly installed, it could result in failure. As a result, the barrels on CZ 600 rifles will no longer be interchangeable. So, as long as you don't plan on changing the barrel, you would have nothing to worry about.
