No the stocks on the folding and the non folding are completely different parts. You cannot just remove a few welds to get a folding stock on the VEPR - sorry - would have to reply the stock with a folding one. --CK

It depends on which iteration of imported gun you get. Some are easy to modify, others, not so much. If you don't have the extra money for the folding version, you can replace the stock yourself with a proper folder from Bonesteel Arms or CNC Warrior once you have the cash.
