Ok. Fully functional AR 15s are allowed in Colorado, and so are 30 round mags. I have magazines but if i order an AR from buds can you just KEEP the magazine that comes with it. Will buds ship a gun minus the magazine to Colorado for customer service reasons? We have an odd situation here where it's all legal but we just cant buy 30 round magazines, yet we can own them.

No, buds does not alter the packaging or firearm at all prior to shipping. So they don't remove magazines or anything to make it legal for a particular state. The firearm is shipped just as it is straight from the factory. With used guns, maybe you can find one that doesn't come with any mags but as far as new goes, it's just as it comes from the factory.
