Live chat is 9am -9pm when it is available there will be a blue chat now button on the bottom right side of the page (all pages) just click on it and enter your question at that point it will tell you the expected wait time

Live chat ends at 9pm Est. You can Call in the morning at 9 am 859-368-0371

Live chat stops at 9pm. Before 9pm you simply click on the blue Chat Now button that will appear on the bottom right of the screen or the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page.
