The recoil would be no issue if you're already use to shooting 9mm. Slightly less actually than 9mm.

while 30 super recoil is less by the numbers, because it fires a lighter bullet it is not very much difference because30 super is faster than a standard 9mm. If you were blindfolded and someone handed you one I seriously doubt any of us could tell the recoil difference
