My mom sent me a email about a gift card she paid for via credit card. I tried to make a purchase but it says invalid or zero balance. Am I safe to assume it can take a business day or two for it is active? Thank You

Once issued it should be immediately active Scotty. Just chat/call Buds to get it activated at LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "blue chat now button" at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
