Ok, so upon taking James' Advice (Thank You BTW!) the issue has stopped!!! Ed, on my screen when I'd refresh or go to another page, the "Chat" would open with the "Buds Assistant" avatar, yes, That's what it was called. Wish I could have posted a screenshot to show you guys. And, That same Avatar was in the lower right corner, which now has been replaced with the "Chat" bubble.

Ok Jason, never heard of Bud's Assistant before. I think I know what you mean now. Glad you got it fixed.
