Hi Simon, that is a problem with Bud's invoices, they do not include the serial number. If you need a receipt with the serial number, you will need to contact Bud's customer service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon

If anyone could give out that information prior to shipping it would be customer service, or perhaps your FFL dealer could tell you once they have it and you are in a waiting period. Otherwise, I would just read it off the gun itself once you get it transferred. If this is about Beretta rebates you have until April 30th to submit a claim even though the purchase deadline is March 31.
