Good morning.
My question is, if I put a magpul mbus 3 sight on the diamondback rifle, with a Crimson Trace CTS-25 compac MOA sight the size of the Crimson will not affect the vision of the Mbus sight?

No, they should co-witness. But usually when using the Optic, you keep your mbus sights in the flat position.
