Yes this gun is Maryland compliant. according to smith and Wesson's website this gun is Maryland, CA, and CO compliant. You can find this info directly on the smith and Wesson website. Hope this helps

No folding stock and a ten round mag means you should be good to go (it has a flash suppressor, but unless it's also hiding a grenade launching device somewhere you are 1 "assault feature away from being verboten).
