No, anything larger than a 10 round magazine for a pistol is going to be illegal in CA.

Your best bet is to check the California compliant list, but I do not see it on there, so I would say no. You can find the list under the store directory on the left hand side of the page. Buds puts all guns that are California compliant under the California complaint section. Hope this helps.
