I just won a Henry original rifle .45 long colt in a raffle, it holds 13 rounds in its tube magazine, can this gun be transferred from Maine to Massachusetts?

Hi Marc, unfortunately no. The following are permitted as long as the magazines do not exceed ten (10) rounds:
✔ Bolt action rifles
✔ Pump action rifles
✔ Lever action rifles
✔ .22LR rifles with fixed tubular magazines have no round-count restrictions.
.
The 13rds in the tube is a deal breaker for MA.
