American Tactical Imports Omni Hybrid Maxx 5.56x45mm NATO - Black Black Trinity Force Breach Blade Brace
Iam in Indiana,but my question is ,I thought with a fixed or folding stock that made it illegal ,To tell you the truth ,I am very confused over all the Rules ,I have been reading but still not sure ,Am I going to buy this then they say it's not legal in 4 months ,what is the rules with the stock,and is it best to shoot 223 out of this

Hi Steve, you are correct, it would be illegal with a stock, but this has a pistol brace. As of now, this is legal with the pistol brace. (Bud's listing says stock, but it is a pistol brace) You never know when the ATF will try to change it's interpretation of the law. They had banned it for a while, but it was overturned by the courts.
Both 5.56 and .223 will function reliably in this gun.
