Also how long is the waiting period without a permit? I go get mine next week but it’s still going to take a few days to get them from Frankfort.

Is this legal in Florida? I see legislation says: “Short-barreled shotgun” means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than 18 inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun (whether by alteration, modification, or otherwise) if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches."

I love in colorado so I cant have a mag with bigger then 15 capacity. I was looking at picking up the beretta with 17 capacity. Can I just ditch the 17rd mag and use the 15rd. How would that work for ordering it if its listed as 17rd?

Just ordered an HK P2000, I live in CA and this gun is on roster, homey it says the gun comes with a 13 capacity, does this mean they won’t ship it? Or FFL won’t transfer to me?

My FFL I chose at checkout was on the list provided by Budsgunshop but was not one of the green preferred FFLs. Do they need to fax their FFL with my name and order number or are they good and don’t need to send it because they were in the list but just not a preferred dealer.
