I recently purchased the Smith and Wesson MP 22 mag that came with 4 magazines they will not chamber a round if I load them to the full 30 capacity. Sometimes they don't chamber around when it's only filled to half capacity but mostly it's fine if you have less than 27 rounds in them

How does this work with you FFL? I need a permit to purchase as I dont have a CPL and I also pay a transfer fee. The permit needs to be submitted to the sherriff/police after purchase so how does that work if I return it? Any ideas? I cant find the gun to try locally. Thanks in advance.
