I've submitted my documentation for the Qualified Professional Discount last week and I am logged into the website, but when I click on the "Add to Cart" button, I still get the "Qualified Professionals Only" popup rather than it adding the item to the cart. What am I missing here?

Items not in the package but marked as shipped

I ordered a gun case and several boxes of ammos, and in the order status, all of them are linked to one FedEx tracking number. I received the package today, it only has the gun case. The shipping slip in the package says all items shipped with this tracking number. I believe it is probably because the ammos are backordered but I am afraid that it is simply because that the shipping department messed it up. Anyone else got similar issue?

So I ordered a gun from here on 3-18-2020. California ordered a mandatory shut down of all non essential businesses and the FFL i ordered it to is now closed. I have not yet done a background check. What will happen to my gun? Would I have to wait until they lift the lockdown or will i have to purchase my gun again?

Did anyone else find the Lexington store suddenly closed this Saturday (21-Mar)? My order is ready for pickup, and I drove 2+ hours to find the store suddenly closed at 2pm. The voice mail that states the store hours remain unchanged was obviously not updated, even though they said it would be if anything changed. I understand these are challenging times, but your customers need you to update the only way they can know if you are open/closed. Thanks...

Hello, I just placed an order for me and a friend of mine. If we go to pick it up from the store can they run background checks on both of us. I ordered two rifles and two guns. So each of us will get one rifle and one gun. If this is not possible. Is it possible that you put 1 rifle and 1 gun under his name so when we go to the store he can pick it up using his ID? If that doesn't work and I have to pick up the whole order, what would be the best option to transfer ownership to him?

I recently ordered three firearms for delivery to Illinois. I'm concerned that my FOID card may expire before the delivery is made to my FFL, and the transaction is complete. I applied and paid for a FOID renewal on January 4th, for which I have documentation, but it is still "under review" due to a backlog of applications in the state. What are my options if this transaction is not complete before April 1st (my current FOID expiration date)?

Hi everyone, I am a first time buyer of a firearm. I live in Missouri and my friend recommended this website. I placed an order for a Ruger AR556 and ammo yesterday, paid in full (had to sign up for membership as well). Now I have an email requiring that I send Qualifying Credentials but I have no credentials to send?! I had someone confirm my FFL dealer for shipment on chat yesterday, but I have no idea how to proceed and need help! I have a $1700 order on hold... thank you for your assistance.

I placed a shotgun order with Bud's on March 11. On March 12 they sent me an email that it was processing. I have heard nothing since. There is no way to get in touch with them. There is no customer service phone number. The link to "email us" is dead.
