Purchased a new CZ SP01 Tactical 9mm handgun awhile back. Extractor broke soon after purchase during a USPSA competition. CZ USA fixed and returned. By the third box of 50 rounds, extractor is failing two out of every 10 rounds, but has not broken yet. Question: Great gun, but does the model have an issue with extractors (or ejectors for that matter)? Want to use it in USPSA competition, but the extractor prohibits it. Thoughts on design and remedy would be appreciated. Thanks.

Folks, I have tried to make a decision on GP100 and at least I am now sure is a GP100 and not the SP101 I want first! But, there are options and I simply prefer the nice front sight and the wood insert grip in the 7rd GP100. Yet, a friend told me it may have issues with ammo fitting and overlapping and not as strong as the regular 6rd. But, I find the Hogue grip hideous and looks like it should be a no brainer. Did Ruger explain what they did to drill another hole and not worry?

I absolutely want the GP100! So, I was ready to buy the 4.2" barrel 357 6rd one, then I see a 7rd GP100, the sights and grip I like and all for almost the same price...why? is 7rds weaker? any ammo problems? I read those comments but seemed to be one or two utterances by some rabid guys. Should I go classic and stay at six?

I have noticed that you are saying that the CA in sig model number stands for Ca. approved. It does not, it stands for CARRY. Just wanting to put this out there. As far as i can find none of the P320 models are approved in Ca.

Recently purchased this pistol but so far it has been a disappointment. Jams constantly with 124 grain Sig Sauer ammo. The production date is 2018. I thought Beretta had fixed this problem. Feeling foolish for a few dollars more I could have had a p320.

Since this model has been discontinued, how would I get parts if I needed them? I believe Sig has a lifetime warranty but in my mind that is no guarantee that it would be honored. I'm torn between the standard P229 Nitron and 220 classic carry. I would like to hear someones educated opinion on this thanks.

I'm looking to buy this qualified professional sig 722037239. Theres not much info, no pic, only says P229 Nitron. The gun model I want is item 14960. The sig models are confusing.
