Can anyone tell me the difference between this and the Smith and Wesson SD9VE? They seem like the same gun, only 1 is grey and the other black... well except for the rail on bottom for accessories, but thats it. Can anyone tell me otherwise? Any help is appreciated!

Would this be legal to for an 18 year old to carry in WV? The laws are pretty shady but I know 18yos can only buy from private sellers for pistols and I’m allowed to buy any rifle in the state as far as I’ve looked. Also would it be protected under a concealed carry permit?

I want to order the kriss vector buds#719011326 and upc#810237024324. However, i am trying to verify if this item is the gen 2 with the hinge end cap or the buffer threads end cap? The picture shows the hinge cap but when i search that same upc it shows the newer version with buffer threads. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks and have agood day.
