Just a quick check if anybody knows. Is the colt LE6920 is legal in wisconsin? and also the 5.56 nato round? It may be a stupid question, but this would be my first AR purchase and I'm unclear about wisconsin restrictions and am having a hard time finding them.

Ive purchased h&r 1871 20 gauge youth model, im having trouble with 2 3/4 birdshot ejecting. Im pretty handy with my hands so ive looked on you tube for answers but im having trouble finding videos that are helpful. Im hoping someone has delt with this problem and has some ideas on how to approach fixing my issue. To me, it seems the inner parts arent strong enough to push the shell out consistently.

Every video and every piece of information I found states that this gun has a commercial buffer tube. Windham's site has no info on the buffer tube. Does anyone know for sure if this gun has a commercial buffer tube of a mil spec buffer tube? Please, no other info, just info on the buffer tube.
