Why is the shockwave not being shipped to Texas I can understand the other states that are listed there because of their liberal policies but never have I known Texas not to allow purchase of certain firearms ?

I want to purchase this from Buds Guns. It is shown with a detachable mag, but the write up say's it is a hinged floor plate. An article I read says this is made with a Detachable or hinged floor plate. Savage also says it is hinged. Which is it & what is the price & mod # of the Detachable floor model...Thanks Grant

Does this rifle (Ruger's 1301) come new with 1" scope rings? Is the stock "American Walnut" as per Ruger's web site, or some other wood? Ruger reportedly used some substandard wood in 2014 & 2015.

Dear Bud's , I'm in the market for left handed bolt action deer rifles, are the manufactures just not building them, or are they sold as soon as they leave the factory floor?
