Hello, I live in Orange County NY, so everything is a hassle with purchasing. So if I start a layaway would I receive all the info such as make,model, serial number once I put the deposit or once the purchase is paid in full so that I can submit the necessary paperwork to the courts in order to have the firearm added to my CCL? Panzer lever12 choke for slugs

The Manual says to remove choke before using slugs (which can damage the threads for chokes) and the internet says to use a choke IC choke for slugs. I don’t want to mess the barrel up and I don’t want to mess the choke threads up. What should I do. Note: this gun didn’t come with the IC choke.

Buds sent me a brand new pistol recently that was very rusty. I didnt notice it until after I had went through all the bullsh*t at the FFL & paying the $30 transfer fee. I only found out when I got home & removed it from the box. I called buds & the first 2 layers of customer service told me I had to send it to the manufacturer for warranty! I got a guy (Shawn) who gave me an RMA & a return label. I sent it back & they refunded my purchase but I feel like they should pay the $30 FFL fee too.
