I was thinking of getting a box the Remington HTP ammo for my Ruger Blackhawk in 41 magnum for deer hunting But I also just bought a box of Federal Premium ammo loaded with a 210 grain Swift A-Frame bullet if any boy has had any experience with either of these two types of ammo please let me know which one would work better

I was have been looking at this ar and in the picture the quad rail goes all the way to the flash hider almost but in the description it says the rail is only 9" so I don't think that would long enough to cover the barrel in the picture. I'm a bit a green when it comes to purchasing and owning firearms so maybe the question seems obvious but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated!
