I usually shy away from Promag products as they are generally inferior to eom magazines. Can anyone attest to Promag vs. FN with respect to this particular magazine in aspects other than price?? Price means little if it doesn't fit and function as it should....

magazine doesn't sit flush when you insert it into the frame whether you slam the mag or not. It has play in it. When you pull the slide back to load the 1st round, sometimes your successful but most times you get a jam. Inconsistent to say the least. If you lock the slide back, insert the magazine and release the slide, works every time. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you address this? Thank you

I recently bought bunch of 380ACP ammo, but it doesn't work in my M&P Shield 380 EZ, because the ammo (PMC and Herter's) has steel casing. Can anybody recommend a good revolver that might handle 380ACP ammo with steel casings? I figure the ammo might work better in a revolver, but it doesn't look like too many are available.

I did check it at the FFL dealer. I also took pictures of it at the FFL. They told me I had to take it and deal with Buds. I would have left it with them but they didn’t give me a choice.
