I'm assuming "factory new" pertains to a firearm that will arrive in a sealed box that hasn't been opened since being at the manufacturer. Can this "factory new" classification ever include firearms that are open on display / demo firearms that have been handled by customers at the counter in the physical store? Is this ever the case?

Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 SPORT MOE SL .22 LR 16.5 Flat Dark Earth MBUS 25RD. Yesterday I was at my local armory and a guy was buying one of these but black. I didn't know you can have a pistol grip in CA. But my salesman explained that AR15 22 is not considered rim fire, but center fire. That's why you can have a pistol grip on it. I want to order one but He also said for CA they only come in black. Besides the 10 vs. 25 rds, what's the difference between this rifle and the CA version.

This Nano is also listed at $360 here on Bud's. But this one is $199. Is there some sort of defect or problem with this one to explain the $199 price? Why are there seemingly two identical pistols for sale - one almost half the price of the other?

I'll search "-lower" in longguns, and that "-" mark, as it should on well-built search engines, doesn't filter out the lowers. To be honest, there aren't many components I care about less than a custom lower receiver. I'd like to buy one here, but I'll have to buy it from a dealer if I have to rake through irritating results for my search on Bud's.

Why is it that the NRA is on this website? Why is it that when I buy something it asks if I want to give extra to fund the NRA? Why don’t they use GOA or FPC, amongst other gun right advocates?

So i bought a gun about 2 years ago and now I have some issues with it. The facory warranty is no longer available. When I bought the gun here I paid an extra amount of money for some kind of extended warranty I just don't remember. Where am I supposed to send my gun to Bud's so they can look at it and possibly repair it or replace it?

It seems like I can’t get a direct answer. So I’m going to try and ask it again. I Financed 3 firearms yesterday, will they be shipped to me ( my FFL dealer ) before I start making payments or when my first payment is made, or after my loan is paid in full?

I wanna finance about 3 firearms, I already got approved for the loan amount. But my question is, will my firearms be shipped to my local FFL dealer before I start making payments, or when my first payment is made, or after I paid off my loan? If my firearms are shipped before I make the payments then that’s fantastic! However if I have to wait till my loan is paid in full then I think that just defeats the purpose of Financing. Please let me know!
