I like the SBR described before! If NFA Rules cat lll dose not apply in Puerto Rico! Why Buds don't send this SBR to my authorized NFA dealer ? Only Automatic weapons in Puerto Rico are prohibited, Buds can ask ATF and will tell you the same. R/ Ferdinand

Hi. I'm not new to the FFL/Transfer process, but I was hoping to do things a littler differently this time around. I want to pick up a gun, and have it shipped directly to an out-of-state FFL/Gunsmith for customization. I'm unclear if there are any rules around shipping a gun to an out of state FFL, or if there's some reason that I have to take possession first. The gunsmith will need to transfer it back to me through an FFL where I will do paperwork. Anybody been through this process?
