I emailed Buds twice about an item I purchased and no one will respond to my emails. It's on my credit card but no one will answer my emails and I got no conformation email back from Buds to confirm my purchase but I have a credit card statement that proves I purchased an item. I have several layaways with Bud's and making regular monthly payments, some layaways are 180 days, but I can't seem to find that place where the balance on each layaway is recorded, and does it take 5 days for Bud's to update the balance on each? Can someone help me please?
