I recently purchased the Smith and Wesson MP 22 mag that came with 4 magazines they will not chamber a round if I load them to the full 30 capacity. Sometimes they don't chamber around when it's only filled to half capacity but mostly it's fine if you have less than 27 rounds in them

Hello, I live in Orange County NY, so everything is a hassle with purchasing. So if I start a layaway would I receive all the info such as make,model, serial number once I put the deposit or once the purchase is paid in full so that I can submit the necessary paperwork to the courts in order to have the firearm added to my CCL?
