Considering this nice .380 with good price and size, but hesitate after seeing reviews on lite strikes, punishing recoil and unreliability compared to other small .380s. Has S&W addressed any of these issues? Many folks saying they had to return to factory for "fixing" sometimes more than once. I'd like to "like" this gun but for a carry piece, reliability is important especially if your life depends on it. Thanks from Kansas City...Joe M.

The rough rider steel frame item# 87939 says it does not meet the requirement for melting point laws. Does this mean that is not really the steel model, or is it very low-quality steel? Also, it says the grips are green which I can live with, but I was wondering if it looked at all like it does in the picture. Thanks!

Trying to determine if you can remove this fake suppressor and, if so, does the barrel have the threading adaptor to install a real suppressor? I have another one of these guns and had to buy the adaptor for a suppressor.

This will have to be answered by a Bond Arms owner, as the factory did not respond to this question. At the gun store last month I checked out a Snake Slayer. Pulling the trigger with the safety on or off, the trigger fell. The salesman nor the manager could figure out why the hammer fell with the safety on. Was the gun defective? This is not covered on the videos I've watched.

The picture that is showing is of the old snakeslayer with the non skeletonised trigger. This old model has a bad trigger pull and small hammer. My question is does Bud's carry the new model or do they have a shit load of the old model they have to unload first. If so, I'll buy it some where else.
