The Beretta Silver Pigeon Sport ID code Model J6869HO. Is there a website (I have looked extensively with no luck) to decode the ID code. Some letters/numbers are self-explanatory (686 is the series, 0 is a 30 inch barrel ) but the rest I cant figure out. Any help?

I have a gopher problem! So I was looking at some cheap .410 single shot shotguns. I'm not familiar with this "action bar safety". How does it work? Do you need to shoot differently? I don't understand the "hold the trigger rearward" before it will fire. Can someone explain it better than the brief description on the Buds site. Thanks..................... Scott

Anyone having problems with the RP9 jamming/stove piping/not seating the round properly. Had several problems with this, ammo might be part of the problem, however, the ammo doesn't effect the round not seating. I often have to smack the back of the slide with the palm of my hand to seat the round in order for the gun to fire.??

Just got a marlin 783 22magnum. I can't get the inner magazine tube to insert over the rounds. Tried a known working tube from another gun same thing. Should I just replace the outer mag tube or is there a fix. I own five tube fed marlins and have never had this issue. Goes down over first round then stops? Doesn't make sense to me.

I am in the market for a single action .22lr/wmr. I used to have a ruger single six till it was stolen by an ex girlfriend, but don't want to spend that kind of money. I'll just use it for a little plinking and keep it loaded for snakes and such around the house. Looking at the Heritage at this point, but would like some other suggestions if any? Thanks

I tried to buy some ammo today, had 5 boxes in my cart and clicked on the checkout button. But... But it stopped me. It said these items were available for VIP members only. After doing the math over and over, it looks like it will save me money over time if I shop with a focus on VIP items. But for regular use, are most people happy they bought the membership? no question, tried to add another review unable to do so. I had purchased the Tula 75 grain zinc coated HP 223. At long last I tried the ammo in a PSA upper 16 inch, 1/7 twist, 2.5 scope at 100 yards, guys, WOW, best group which strung horizontally,me, 15/16 inch five round group, average of 1 inch five round groups! Granted, out of lead sled, no breeze, ideal conditions, Extremely impressed, shot better than the Hornady steel match!, which provided 1.5 inch five round groups, 100 yards.

So search for ammunition, then by caliber. You should be able to find the frangible Pro Trainer 60gr .380ACP ammo for $10 a box of 50! They look like any other FMJ and are a defensive round to boot while traveling at over 1300 FPS!! Why isn't this all we use? They are hard to find on the website, but you'll get there. $10 for 50 and called pro trainer, they are frangible.
