Can this specific model shown be converted to left-handed operation by replacing the bolt to extract to the left and switching the cover plate to eject on right side? I understand the NATO configuation of the AUG does not have a moveable ejection port.

I see that it NY legal. But then read some say top loaded. Does it just have the small rotary mag that sticks in from below (10 round) . Or does it top load some weird top load way like a fixed mag 223 versions do?
