I just put the above rifle on layaway. I know that Maruko in Japan, makes Winchester rifles under license. Bud's lists the Mfgr of the above rifle as Winchester. Is this actually a Winnie/Maruko? TIA

So Its listed as being able to shoot both rounds but when you see the info listed it just says 223 Rem. So is the gun only to shoot 223 rem or can it shoot both 223 and 5.56 . I know there are some ARs that can only shoot 223. or 5.56 . Planning on buying this rifle very soon and want to make sure. Thanks!

is it a rifle or pistol, if it is rifle then you will need the 200.00 stamp from the ATF. plus about 10 mo's before you can get the gun. If a pistol class then no problem. which one is it ?

So, I recently bought a mossberg patriot chambered in 300 win mag from Buds, process went smoothly as usual, have loved the gun. I also purchased from buds a box of 20 Winchester super x, and it went smoothly as well. All fired perfectly I then purchased two boxes of the same ammo, and some rounds will not let the bolt go all the way down. I think out of 40, 7 or so will not properly chamber. Is it an issue with my gun? Or the ammo? I apologize in advance if this isn’t the place to ask
