One last comment. I have 2 CZ rifles.Both the 557 and the 455 i own are of superior build quality, so I am a big CZ fan.Outstanding rifles both. But they need to up their customer service to the level of their actual products. It is a mystery to me why CZ would risk a stellar reputation with their firearms in some garbage screws.Love everything else about CZ firearms.

This is an update to my previously question in regards to CZ 550 ring top slotted screws. Everyone of them peeled away and deformed on the first scope mounting. Go to CZ forums, it is a common problem with these substandard screws. Poor design and worse construction. CZ response was to tell me they know about the problem and would send me 8 new screws.That was on May 25th still waiting.The FTL CM3508 socket head separated at 15in lbs. Bought Warne rings problem solved.

I used to shop Bud's quite a lot but not any more! Made an order and paid with echeck so they got the money right then. It took them only one day to move it up the ladder once place. Great except a cancellation then would cause a huge restocking fee! It took four more business days to get it out of the "processing" stage. And now, on freaking business day five, I get notified it is in the "shipping department" but get this, NOT YET SHIPPED! Hate Bud's 4 poor CS!!!!!

Community, I just have a question how to go about a purchase and what I should do. So after purchasing a handgun, I recieved an email about restrictions on high capacity mags and that those mags were removed before shipment. I reviewed my counties laws and they only restrict high capacity mags on "long guns" . I emailed the company back and attached the revised law stating said restrictions and they responded with basically they can't do anything about it. my question is do I just take the loss?

Ordered on the 24th. site says shipped on 26th. Post office still doesn't have. Now the 30th and post office still doesn't have it. This is ridiculous. Poorest shipping I have ever scene. And there is no way to call and talk to someone. Poor customer service

Bud's web-page is about as user friendly as a Quantum Mechanics instructional manual and trying to find a freaking PHONE NUMBER where I can actually ask a live person a simple question is about as easy as learning Mandarin. I have had Koentz and Sons arms co in Trenton, IL send you his FFL license on my two previous purchases but are still not advertising him as an FFL dealer. his number is 6186918838. he has been In business and he stated he has sent his FFL info several times before as well. Please add him to your list. it makes it difficult to order guns through buds when you are not showing his FFL license... one previous order # which he sent you his FFL license...2216585
