I want to purchase the Rock Island 1911 TAC .45 but am unsure wether it is CA compliant. If I cannot find it on the CA-DOJ website list does that mean I will be unable to purchase it online or unable to accept transfer from an FFL dealer? If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

I was recommended to look at the PX4 Compact so I bought and decided I am not crazy about the DA/S.A. and the take down. Must not be very popular Gun my legs in my area won’t take on trade because they can’t sell. I now have an interest in the FBD9C! Buds site shows Rebate Available but some people in sales say that is only on the FN 509! I sent FNH a message, no response yet. Anyone have knowledge of the FNS9C use and rebate, which is supposed to be a light?

I have tried this barrel on my Kimber, and my S&W, on both when the suppresor is fully tight, the slide will not move rearward. If Ii unthreaded it, it needs about 3/16 gap so it will operate and not come in contact the guide rod. any suggestions? Almost seems that the shoulder of the barrel is milled too much passed the threads.

All the answera were correct. The Magazine problem would be the stopping pint. I could maybe gunsmith it to work but, it wouls cost more than the gun. I may just swap it in at my dealer for something I want. I have a Hydrographics Dhop, I can Cerakote whatever I end up with and put a Pattern on it too. Thanks everyone for your answers.

That's pretty much what I thought. The Magazine would bve the problem. I could probably get the swap to work but, it would cost more that the gun, IF the Magazine would fit for .40 rounds but, it won't. And as a answer to one of th eother answers that a 9mm is more fun. I don't carry for fun. I carry for protection at home and if I am somewhere I might think I need it. I shoot Hydra-Shik shells. I am not target practicing. If I evr HAVE to use it, there will be a reason. I
